Graham cracker and crushed pecans makes up the crust, then the chocolate fudge cheesecake is coated with ganache (a very thin, but very lusciously rich, icing made with semi sweet chocolate and cream), and topped with Pecan Praline. You can ORDER your cheesecake 24/7 however SHIPPING is done on Monday  Thursday by Fed Ex Overnight for delivery on Tuesday thru Friday.

Saturday - Sunday - Monday DELIVERY is NOT available, however you may order weeks or days in advance, just note in the comments box at the end of your order what date you want your order delivered.
